The creator of the project in 2016 and organizzzatore of all the editions of the Festival is the President of the ASD popular School of chess, which is the Massimo Carconi. The ASD is born from the initiative of three founding members: Ivan, Massimo and Paul (strictly in alphabetical order) and with the help of the VI district of Rome, as the chess section of the sports club RM6 Villa Gordiani. The ASD has as its mission the dissemination of the most beautiful game in the world in the district Prenestino. The School is a non-profit organization: the members have taxed themselves for the purchase of the material and all the proceeds are reinvested in new instruments and to ensure the presence of famous teachers.
